Rental agreement: Renters are required to agree to the rental agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of the rental, including payment terms, duration, mileage limits, and any additional fees or charges.
Reservation and deposit: Reservations must be made in advance, and a deposit is necessary to secure the booking. The deposit is applied toward the total balance.
Payment Policy: Payment for the entire balance is accepted at the time of reservation, or a deposit can be made to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be settled seven days before the reservation date.
Tipping the Driver: We highly encourage guests to show appreciation for their limo driver's exceptional service by considering tipping. Tipping is a thoughtful gesture that recognizes their hard work, professionalism, and commitment to ensuring an enjoyable experience. Your generous gratuity not only acknowledges their efforts but also serves as a token of gratitude for going above and beyond to make your journey memorable.
Usage restrictions: Limousines may have specific restrictions on where they can be driven and parked, such as limitations on certain road types or areas. Renters should disclose any restrictions and adhere to them during the rental period.
Non-smoking policy: We strictly enforce a non-smoking policy in all our vehicles. Renters should confirm whether smoking is permitted or prohibited. Violations of the smoking policy will result in a $500 cleaning fee/fine.
Damage and cleaning fees: Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the limousine's interior during the rental period. Excessive cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle requires extensive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.
Changes and cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 90 days in advance will receive a 50% deposit refund. Changes to the pickup location must be made up to 24 hours in advance via text or email. Changes to the pickup time are subject to availability and must be requested 48 hours in advance.
Additional charges: Additional charges may apply for services such as extra hours, tolls, parking fees, or special requests (e.g., decorations, specific amenities).

We understand that accidents can happen, and as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction, we have established a vomiting policy and cleanup procedure.
1. Vomiting Policy:
a. We kindly request that all passengers refrain from excessive alcohol consumption or any activity that may lead to vomiting during the limo rental.
b. In the event that a passenger feels unwell or needs to vomit, we encourage them to inform the chauffeur immediately, who will assist in finding a safe and appropriate place for a brief stop.
2. Cleanup Procedure:
a. If vomiting occurs inside the limousine, the renting party is responsible for covering the cost of the cleanup.
b. Our professional cleaning team will promptly attend to the affected area to ensure a thorough and hygienic cleanup process.
c. Additional charges $300 ~ $500 may apply for extensive cleaning or any damage caused by the incident.
